New Patients:

 

If you are a new patient of Tots n Teens, you know how important your care is to us. Please call us at 919 362 7155 to schedule your first appointment. Please bring your past medical history, insurance details and arrive on time to fill the paperwork. 

You will be able to Create an account after your first visit and receiving your paper work. Please await for further instructions to Login to the Patient Portal. Please contact us to setup and access your account. Please also visit the Appointment section to bring in your paper work to reduce waiting time.
